What do the “Relief Flow Rate Characteristics” graphs in the IR series catalog show?

These graphs show the range where the set pressure can be maintained when the outlet pressure rises above the set value and exhaust is performed.
In the graphs, the nearly horizontal part indicates the range where the set pressure can be maintained by IR control, and the diagonal part indicates the range where the pressure rises because the exhaust flow rate is too large to maintain the set pressure.
