If the supply pressure is turned OFF without changing the input signal, the solenoid valve built into the regulator continues to operate while generating a buzzing sound, affecting the life of the solenoid valve.
This is why the power needs to be turned OFF.
When the source pressure is down, and the input signal to the regulator is 0% (0 MPa), the solenoid valve stops operating.
