What kind of pressure control device is the ITV series electro-pneumatic regulator? Also, how is it operated and what is the operating principle?

ITV series regulators continuously control the air pressure in proportion to the electrical signal.
There are current control, voltage control, and communication control types for electrical signals.
The valve body has a 3-port shape with a separate relief exhaust. The pressure acting on the diaphragm is kept constant by opening and closing the solenoid valves on the supply and exhaust sides inside the regulator. The opening and closing of the valves is precisely by the feedback of the pressure sensor, and the regulator has characteristics s controlled imilar to those of a precision regulator.
