Are new AW series filter regulators equipped with a metal bowl guard like that of the old product?

For the bowl assembly of old AW series (as well as old AF, AL, AFM, and AFD series) products, there was a metal bowl guard with a polycarbonate inner bowl.
For the new AW series, both the bowl and the bowl guard are made of polycarbonate.
The need for a bowl guard window has been eliminated as the new bowl guard is transparent all the way around, allowing for the state of the drain inside the bowl to be checked from any direction.
In addition, even if the operating environment changes in the future and chemicals or oil that may degrade the bowl material are present, the risk of damage to the inner bowl where internal pressure is applied can be reduced because they will not come into direct contact with it.
Note) The transparent bowl guard is only available for body sizes 30 and larger.
