What are the possible causes of air not flowing to the outlet side and operation not staring when an AV□000 series soft start-up valve is energized, and what can be done to remedy this?

The needle valve on the bottom of the valve may be fully closed.
In the fully closed state, no air is supplied to the outlet side. Adjust the switching timing of the valve by opening the needle valve a little.
Since it is dangerous if they pop out suddenly upon startup, the products are shipped with the needle valves in a fully closed state.
