What are the formulas for converting the sonic conductance and Cv value in the valve “Flow Rate Characteristics” graph to the effective area?

In the past, the effective area was used as an index value to express the ease of flow in pneumatic equipment, but at present, sound velocity conductance is also used in JIS, which is based on ISO.
Refer to the following formulas for converting the displayed values.
sonic conductance C x 5 = effective area S[mm2]
Cv x 18 ≈ effective area S[mm2]
