Are BM8 type auto switch mounting bands shipped mounted to the tube of JCDM cylinders? Can the band fixing screw be substituted with a commercially available set screw?

If the JCM series cylinder is ordered with an auto switch (e.g., JCDM□-□-M9□), the band will come mounted to the cylinder tube.
However, the D-M9□ series auto switch will be shipped together with the product but not mounted to the cylinder.
In addition, commercially available set screws cannot be used to mount a BM8 type auto switch mounting band because their shapes differ.
The set screw for the BM8 is designed to prevent deformation of the cylinder tube.
