I’m having trouble adjusting the shock absorber of an RSH20/32 series heavy-duty stopper cylinder. Is there a low-resistance type shock absorber available?

In the following cases, the problem is likely the strong resistance of the shock absorber in relation to the operating conditions.
① The workpiece is being repelled at the time of collision.
② The lever is not being fully engaged or it is taking too long to be fully engaged. The shock absorber used in the RSH20/32 series is a low-resistance type shock absorber, and it is available as a special order. Contact your local SMC sales office for further information about this custom shock absorber.
