Is there a “20-” specification (copper and fluorine-free) standard type CA2-Z series or MB-Z series cylinder? If so, are “20-CA2-∗∗-∗Z” and “20-MB∗∗-∗Z” the part numbers?

The “20-” specification cannot be selected for standard CA2-Z series and MB-Z series cylinders because they cannot be used in copper and fluorine-free systems.
