An origin position does not need to be set using a stopper. Generally, the operating end of the cylinder where the piston and the cover come into contact is used as the origin position. However, in order to set an origin position other than the operating end of the cylinder, it is necessary to install a stopper at the desired origin position. It is recommended that the stopper be made of a material that does not deteriorate or wear over time. In addition, if there is a possibility that the count value may deviate due to noise, etc., during operation, it is recommended that an origin reset be performed before every measurement operation.
