Can an MB series air cylinder without a magnet be retrofitted with an auto switch?

Auto switches (magnetic proximity switches) cannot be used unless the MDB type cylinder with a built-in magnet on the piston part is selected.
Note) Cylinder magnets cannot be ordered on their own.
