What kind of piping and fittings can be used with CC series air-hydro units?

Use commercially available hydraulic piping. SMC’s H/DL/L/LL series self-align fittings can be used with oil. The H/DL/L/LL series catalog can be found here. (H series fittings are available in sizes up to ø12.) Avoid the use of One-touch fittings because there is a risk of air entering the product.
SMC’s nylon tubing can also be used with oil. (T series tubing is available in sizes up to ø16.) In order to make it easier to detect air or foreign matter in the oil, it is recommended that white nylon tubing (color symbol: “W”) be used.
Note 1) Ensure that there is no extreme difference in the inner diameter of the piping.
Note 2) Keep the piping as short as possible.
Note 3) The specified speed may not be attained if the fitting part is restricted or if there are many bends of 90°.
