Can RB and RJ series shock absorbers be used without a stopper nut? Will direct contact with the body end face cause problems?

There shouldn’t be any problems with the direct positioning of RB and RJ series shock absorbers on the body end face. Depending on the operating conditions, the stroke length may be longer or the operation may be stiff near the stroke end. In such cases, use the stopper nut to limit the stroke amount.
Note) For RB-OEM series shock absorbers, install an external stopper.
