What is the difference between the non-locking type and the locking type manual release of CB□ series end lock cylinders?

The “manual release” indicates how to cancel the end lock function.
For the non-locking type (□N), the lock function can be released by pulling it with the specified bolt, and it can be returned to its original state by releasing the bolt. The bolt must be removed during normal operation.
For the locking type (□L), the end lock function can be released and maintained by turning the knob. Be careful not to forget to return the knob to its original state when restarting operation.
